Tyrann Mathieu allowed his image to appear on flyers promoting parties at two clubs earlier this year, a possible violation of NCAA rules.
There have been rumblings that Mathieu may have had a chance to redeem himself but he keeps tripping himself up. The age old adage of “When It Rains It Pours” is rearing its ugly head for him and and at this point his best choice would be the NFL Draft next April but after issue after issue he may find it a long wait due to the fact that many NFL teams value character guys and will easily pass on him if it comes between him and another guy that can keep his nose clean and also produce in key areas such as special teams.
