Florida defensive tackle Leon Orr violated the terms of his deferred prosecution agreement for his misdemeanor marijuana possession charge by getting cited for knowingly driving with a suspended license on Monday, according to Alachua County court documents.

It’s the 11th time a player has been arrested since Florida coach Will Muschamp took over in January 2011.

Orr was cited by the Gainesville Police Department and is scheduled to be arraigned on the second-degree misdemeanor on June 6. This is Orr’s second

arrest on the charge. He also was charged with driving with a suspended license on Feb. 24, 2011.

“First off I wanna apologize to the g nation for this bad publicity , but im being depicted as a criminal of some sort and ive never had hand cuffs put on my wrist or been pictured in a stripe jumpsuit! I jus wanna help my team win and provide for my family,” Orr posted on his Twitter account Tuesday.

Orr, a 6-foot-5, 310-pound redshirt sophomore, had 10 tackles and one sack in 2011.
